Does anyone know if RTPProxy and NATProxy support asymmetric RTP UAs?

Yes they do. mediaproxy uses a configuration files with the asymmetric
RTP clients, wheres I think in case of rtpproxy it is a special
paramters when calling force_rtpproxy("").
