You can get more information on 'serctl' command and its options on the ser administration guide. Here goes the link: http://www.iptel.org/ser/doc/seruser/seruser.html#SERCTL It is worth downloading PDF version of that as it will help for further SER configurations, if any.

There's not much about serctl to write about :). Just type serctl in the command line and press enter. You'll see the options it supports.

Hi,
You have to use "serctl add" command to add user to the database first. For ex,
serctl add johndoe password johndoe@neverland.net
Then configure your client with whatever username and password you just added.
