actually hang means when 111 making a call to 222 and 222 not picks up the phone..... when if 111 takes the receiver off bell is continously ringing...... and if 222 cut the phone after 111 takes the receiver off......... now at this time 222 phone is hanged no one can call him right now until an unless reset 222. .
