I have downloaded CDRtools
cdrtool_5.2.1.tar.gz
my OS
Fedora Core release 5 (Bordeaux)
I have followed the Document INSTALL.txt
I dont see this File at all in my cdrtools directory
even i did search for the file, i have not found

RUN_ratingEngine=yes
Then restart the rating engine:
/etc/init.d/cdrtool restart

iam not able to perform this step at all
can some one suggest me what is wrong iam doing..

Take a look at debian/cdrtool.init and use it as a starting point to develop a version that works for your Fedora installation.
Once you have a working version for Fedora, send it to the CDRTool developers and maybe they will include it into their distribution.

thanks let me have a look since CDRtools i seen some screenshots
thats what exactly iam looking for , but iam not sure how far CDRtools free to use for commericial services.
