meantime you can use this repos http://rpm.kamailio.org/centos/8/5.3/5.3.2/x86_64/Packages/k/

rpm version deference because on OBX spec file manually edited. On rpm.kamailio.org generated from GitHub repo

OBS repos still officially until is changes officially announced.

For CentOS 7 Pulp has 5.3.2-0 and OBS has 5.3.2-4. The version mismatch is confusing.
