looks like the error has its roots in the radiusclient library: rc_check_reply: received invalid reply digest from RADIUS server
I'm not a RADIUS expert, so I cannot say more than this.....:( ...maybe try to use wireshark to see the packages between server and client radius.

Hi, Yes for sure. When a use 1.1.1 it work , and when I use 1.2 that doesnt work, I thin k there is a difference between the two ...

There were in fact a few 64bits arch problem with radiusclient-ng (don't know about freeradius client) that should be fixed on new radiusclient-ng version. Try to get the latest version and check it.

I'm using radiusclient-ng 0.5.5.1-2-1 and radiusclient 1.1.5-2.1, both for Suse 10.1. there is most recent version ?
I'm on the way to put a 1.2.0 to run on a XEON machine running OpenSUSE 10.2 - 64 bits... The combination between Radiusclient-ng , FreeRadius and Radiusclient (all from the distribution sources) gives me no problem at all... everithing works fine...
What kind of problem/messages are You getting? Did You run FreeRadius and Radiusclient manually to check what is happening?
