they are tm module parameters.

Those parameters were related to functionality that was migrated to the lcr module to the tm module (serialize contacts). You no longer need to set those parameters.

If these are being taken out of the most recent build is there any plans to replace them with comparable functionality?  It seems like having these timeouts in here would be pretty important, but perhaps I am missing something.

The docs no longer make any reference to fr_inv_timer or fr_inv_timer_avp.. but I have a working 1.5 server running with this config... but my newly installed one won't start.
