does anyone have a hint for a good windows software for Marcello including the g723.1 codec?

Hi Ulrich, i hope you remember me... I hope all is good with you. We are using very happily your SER in our offices in production environment right now. Thanks a lot for all you past help. I have a question, do you know any very good client SIP Phone software running on Windows that support the G723.1 codec?? there is also a free alternative: use "firefly", there is a workaround for g.729

Some time ago I made a list of softphones and supported codecs (->attachment) - I'm sure it's not up2date :-(

The only phone I know that supports G.723 is grandstream ATA.

grandstream ATA is hardware phone AFAIK. Aprt from it almost each hardware phone I've seen to date supports g.723, this list includes but not limited to: Cisco ATA18x, Cisco IP Phone, grandstream budgetone, Sipura, Addpac AP200, Cisco IOS.
From software ones, there are Windows Messenger and if my memory serves X-Ten's X-Pro.
