Hi All,
Badly need some idea how I can have attain this call flow:
PSTN calling a DID -----> ENUM server ---> kamailio ---->registered device under NAT.
I already have a device registered to kamailio and since my device is under NAT, kamailio cannot send the invite to it.
thanks!

should be no problem to send the call through nat if the target phone is registered with kamailio. Just run the incoming call via lookup("location"), engage nathelper/rtpproxy and relay.
Look at default config file how nat traversal is handled, you should be able to reuse those parts.
Cheers, Daniel

Thanks for the information.
