Hello all!
I´m having trouble with multiple domains and ATA's 186 and 188.
I can make x-lite register a username + a domain, like 1000@domain1, but I can´t make the ATA do the same, it always sends the ip address of the sip proxy (ser) as its "realm" in the Register header.
I can´t find the field in the configuration of the ATA where I could set its domain.
Best Regards, Gustavo Pagliari
Gustavo, Cisco ATA fill the realm of the R-URI in outgoing messages from the value of GkOrProxy: in the configuration. If you like outgoing R-URIs as destination@yourdomain.com you must configure GkOrProxy: [yourdomain.com] and configure the DNS zone of yourdomain.com with SRV records pointing to your proxy.
DNS: _sip._udp IN SRV 0 0 5060 ip.of.your.proxy

Thanx for the help.
Sorry I´m new to all these and didn´t quite understand... hope I got it...
Actually I don´t want the ATA to use as realm the hostname of the sip proxy... hey but you gave me an idea, I tested using GkOrProxy: "domainx" and GateWay2:"ip of the sip proxy" and that worked!
