put lookup("aliases"); in your script (somewhere inside the uri==myself
condition and before lookup("location")).
If you don't call this function then the server doesn't create internal
representation of aliases table, but the table is needed to insert
aliases when you create a new account.

The pending table still contains the record of the user, but the subscriber table also
now contains the new row.
How do I fix the aliases table error? And is this a bug that needs to be fixed?
