ser has a configuration file in:
/usr/local/etc/ser/
called ser.cfg
editing it you can do virtualy everything with SER.
About the ports, its better to let SER use the 5060 as usually and the
SIP port range.
Chek the examples in:
http://www.iptel.org/ser/doc/seruser/seruser.html
and in
/usr/local/etc/ser/ser.cfg.sample
You can also use serctl, but its more for SER administration, then for
configuration.

I'm new with SER. Is there a configuration file
where I can change
parameteres, such as TCP/UDP port number? Or are these changes to be
done using the command serctl and some options? Thank you.
