the (xml)rpc commands are mainly to deal with kamailio internals (in-memory structures). The profiles for users are in subscriber table inside database. You can make own web app that can connect to database, kamailio itself doesn't implement in its C code a command to manage database records via rpc.
There is a rather new module that could be helpful here, see xhttp_pi - might give something similar to what you look, although could be just http.
