any one can help me ....
I am ser user. My requirement is to farward rtp streams to multiple user
agents which are
interested to stablish media session (i.e sending 200 OK ).

Hi,
I am not sure if SER can forward RTP traffic. That's not SIP anymore.
However, try looking up information about mediaproxy module.
