Hi, Recently, some of our users experienced that there is only one way communication after the call is made. That's you can hear my words but I can't hear yours. Does it related to NAT? I want to ask what will cause such situation. Any clue for solving/debuging this situation?

for sure is NAT related. monitor the SIP traffic on the proxy and check the IPs in the SDP (m lines) to see if you fwd to SIP clients private IPs.
