In fact I started with kamailio.
The calls go smoothly on my router (with NAT) kamailio that the proxy is started or not, the calls pass.
I put what in the conf file for the proxy intercepts all calls sip and then forward.

Hi, you should improve your question by giving more specific details. Also, read first the *whole* documentation about Kamailio, without it, it's impossible to understand and manage it.

i'm sorry, i don't understand your question. Do you have a problem with the setup of kamailio? What exactly did not work for you? Do you need some general advice, about how to start with kamailio?
