I’ve already figure it out. The actual error message was: “failed to create runtime
dir"
It’s because I was trying to run app without having superuser permissions, so using sudo
solved the issue.

These are not error messages, but INFO -- so the purpose is informational.
If you don't want INFO messages to show up for you, lower the value of debug core
parameter.
