Can you check via rpc and looking at database tables if dialog record is
there?

New subject: Issue with UAC restore_mode when restore_dlg is enabled
Just chekked this, dialog records are created for the call.

And the _uac_to and _uac_fu seem to contain the correct data. But in the
_uac_tonew i see the <null> value.
