Hi, I'm not really a hardware guy, but just wondering about the tuning parameters for OpenSER.
I see -mtune=athlon on my PIII and PIV's Is it worth setting CPU=pentium3/pentium4 when compiling openSER? (Makefile.defs)

you can use oracle with the unixodbc module when using openser CVS head version. There is also native oracle support in ser experimantel tree.

if you are willing to introduce the module in openser we can help with guidelines and suggestion. Unfortunately I have no access to a oracle server, otherwise I could work on it as well. Some time ago I saw a news that the oracle will release free version of its db server for academic and personal/non-profit usage, but I couldn't find any update regarding it.
Cheers, Daniel
