short answer- yes *but* it also depends on what you are load balancing. simply routing INVITEs, you should only need to add record-route headers to keep each kamailio in the dialog path (that is- if you want to keep them in the route path) if you are load balancing REGISTERs, it's a little different (you usually need to use the Path header)
