Yep. I saw your other message. Unless there is something about this
setup I do not understand you are stuck. I do not believe you have
enough information about call setup within the SER box alone to do what
you want.

Accountig start after 200 OK and you couldn't use DTMF
before it.
in this way you should to ask Asterisk team, how to use
accounting
there.
