I am filling the registration form legally, what may be the problem?

I'm using FireFox & IE. Both fully allow for cookies. I just checked after your mail and tried to register but; "Could not register new user." I am not using any special character or something at any field???
I searched the mail list and found a mail from Cesar Hernandez, dated 15th of March, complaining about the same thing...

well, we get 5+ registrations a day and people are using all kinds of browsers. And yes, you are the second person who have had problems... The first person had a problem with cookies.
I have checked log files and cannot see any errors. Could you please contact me off-list with the time (including timezone) for a failed registration so I can look into it? g-)
