I am still getting the error on running the ser-radius-0.8.12-0.i386.rpm Package Not Found Unlocatable Package libradiusclient.so.0 Required by 'ser_radius','0.8.12', '0')

In my past testings, I have been able to get SER working, SER with MySQL working, but not this implementation with RADIUS.
