from the logs seems that the content of subscriber table is corrupted. Please attach /usr/local/etc/openser/dbtext/subscriber file and send it to me.

Hello, can you list the content of directory: /usr/local/etc/openser/dbtext ? Also, if you can set the debug=9 in cofig, run again, get the output and send it to me, would help a lot.
