from the logs seems that the content of subscriber table is corrupted.
Please attach /usr/local/etc/openser/dbtext/subscriber file and send it
to me.

In README file for dbtext error -
break; replace exit;
modparam("auth_db", "calculate_ha1", 1)
replace

Also, if you can set the debug=9 in cofig, run again, get the
output and
send it to me, would help a lot.
