Hi,
Is something wrong with siprouter.onsip.org FTP site? I've tried
Firefox, IE7 and even wget, but still cant download
ftp://siprouter.onsip.org/pub/ser/ser-2.0.0-rc1_src.tar.gz. What's
wrong?

Works for me now. We did have a firewall issue earlier today, though. It
was fixed about 1pm CET.

I've just tried with an FTP client. That worked out!
I've also tried capturing FTP traffic, while using IE7. CWD request
gets rejected with "550 Failed to change directory" response. We have
a transparent proxy running at our gateway router. Could cause this
problem?

I don't know, the ftp server runs on a public IP. I know firewalls/NATs
often cause active/passive problems for ftp.
