Hi I am trying to use SER to replace the traditional PBX system. Is it possible to transfer a call to another phone after accepting it? And is there some way one could have "personalised" forwarding preferences. So if 3000 is busy/offline, call is forwarded automatically to some number user at 3000 wants?

You can use cpl to personlize it. Every user can have their own cpl script.
