Grandstream has one, retails for around $75 Zultys has one, retails for around $125 Cisco 7960, I don't know the retail (I pick them up ebay for $300)

I've got the above phones working in my lab.

Pingtel might work, I haven't tried because they cost too much.

These two phone may work for some. I was unable to make them work in my environment... SNOM, MITEL
