Hello,
I was looking in the transformation documentation ( https://www.kamailio.org/wiki/cookbooks/devel/transformations) something to URL encode a pv or var for use in a HTTP query but was not able to find it.
Digging a bit in the source code I found that "s.urlencode.param" actually exists and from my initial tests it works just fine.
I'm wondering if there is any reason why this is not mentioned in the documentation of if it should not be used at all.
Thanks, Joao Arruda
Hello, my knowledge and limited on the topic I think it sent the doubt to the wrong person,sorry for not being able to help

Hello,
the s.urlencode.param/s.urldecode.param transformations should be good to use, likely they were forgotten to be added in the wiki -- the code for them was a contribution merged like 7 years ago.
Cheers, Daniel

I just added basic info about them:
* https://www.kamailio.org/wiki/cookbooks/devel/transformations#surlencodepara...
You can add examples and more docs -- that would be appreciated.
Cheers, Daniel
