A very quick search on Google shows you this is likely a problem with
the SELinux stuff.
Check if SELinux is enabled, you can check it /etc/selinux/config
There you can disable SElinux, and reboot your system

Jai I do see the module however I still get the same error what can I do

Can you do
ls -l /usr/lib/ser/modules/mysql.so
Just to make sure is the module is build properly.
Also while compiling ser did you include modules
 make all include_modules="mysql auth_radius etc.... "
