Hi, is it possible to configure a callgroup by Kamailio?
UA_1 calls UA_2 that is a callgroup-member. In this case all members receive "invite" from UA_1 and if one member accepts the "invite" all other invites should be cancelled.

Yes - this is known as call forking/branching, and is implemented in the proxy layer.
You can either create branches manually (append_branch) or use of the various modules that has branching built-in, such as usrloc/registrar.

alias_db module can be used for this purpose, too.
