SER uses mysql for storage of this information. You will want to look at the Getting Srarted doc at onsip.org. This will help you better that what we can on the list. SER is very powerful, but the learning curve is big.

I have some little confusion, Where I should register the Gatekeeper and where I should register the IP Phone. because I am new in this field so first I want to work without any database.

For the example my Gatekeeper information is:

Where I should make this entry, so if the IP Phone is going to call any PSTN the ser should be send the singnal to the gatekeeper.
