This is my scenario: I got Sip devices using as Registrar and Proxy a public service from Internet. I want to OpenSER in the middle so I can track and manage the calls. How can I configure OpenSER? Do I need to do something in the external Server? Any help would be apreciated. Lucas.
Hello I had the same problem and I couldn't handle it. See subjects "SIP Proxy - CAC", "SIP Proxy configuration", "OpenSER and FWD" and "Contact header modification". For now I'm using siproxd and its working well. Later I will check again with openser but if you find a way please let me know. Regards, Michel.

Hi Lucas,
you can configure your openser to act as an outbound proxy (also point the phone config to it as OBP).
Note that the inbound requests (from public server) will not pass through your proxy - to do this, you need to play with register contact or with the PATH support (on the public server)
