I have tested "Grandstream Budgetone 102" and "Grandstream Budgetone 200" and with both, if they are called from a caller that is an alphanumeric user, their display shows a unintelligible name impossible to figure out who is calling!! If the caller is a numeric one, in both phones their display shows correctly the caller's contact. I've updated their firmwares to the latest ones and that problem persists...
