Does MEM_JOIN_FREE is compiled by default in kamailio 4.X.X ?

not sure if the early 4.x has it enabled, but in the last ones it is.
What exactly is the X number in 4.x that you want to know for?

ok, note that there is a core parameter in kamailio.cfg to
enable/disable the feature when MEM_JOIN_FREE is defined.
