Hi, there is no insert_avp_hf or append_avp_hf in AVP module (see http://www.iptel.org/ser/doc/search). Might be that they were renamed to insert_attr_hf resp. append_attr_hf?

Don't trust module documentation - for many modules it is really out of date.
