the module name has been changed from 'voicemail' to 'vm'.
That means that you should change following line:
modparam("voicemail",
"db_url","mysql://ser:heslo@localhost:3306/ser")
to:
modparam("vm",
"db_url","mysql://ser:heslo@localhost:3306/ser")
