I'm sure that jistsi will be compatible witht Kamailio + xcap soon. Also you
can test Boghe IMS client,it support xcap and msrp.

Also how do i see the complete SIP headers in kamailio log,is their a
way to enable it ?
You can log $mb (message buffer).
you could also use siptrace module to store messages to DB.
