I am unable to call the t_relay_to_tcp() or t_relay_to_udp() functions
even though the tm.so module is being loaded. Any thoughts?

Hi Brian,
depending of what version of openser you are using, check on the doc
page to see what is the correct name of the function - they were changed
in time.
