Is it possible to determine UA's private IP/port residing behind firewall in SER's config file? Is src_ip applicable in this situation?

No, you'll always see the NAT ip. The private ip might be present in Via, Contact or SDP, depending on your UA nat traversal support and the type of your NAT.
