I have SER and up to where I can work on the RADIUS issues. Thanks for your patience on this.
In Messenger I am putting in morriss@comm01.orau.gov for my signin to avoid the 483 error. Does it see the realm as orau.gov, or is the realm defined as comm01.orau.gov?

Only that one line needs to be changed for RADIUS? The lines regarding the auth modules don't need to be changed?

Regarding the configuration file, for authentication it will be the same as the default configuration file, just replace www_authorize with radius_www_authorize.
