A SIP proxy isn't intended to do such things, but you could modify the
SDP body of the INVITE in your config using the functions of the textops
module...

Your right. I am going to change the config for all of our user
agents rather than go the textops route. My asterisk experience keeps
making me forget openser is a sip proxy, not like asterisk. Thank you.
