http://www.iptel.org/ser/doc/search is authoritative, i.e. the list is generated directly from the code, so everything in 2.0 is listed and nothing else.

A quick check shows that the documentation of desc_time_order and retry_after has not been removed. We appreciate all reports about doc problems. I'll forward this. g-)
