I installed kamailio and i want to have sharing audio between a sip client and MSN client , but i don't know which module i will to configure

AFAIK, that's not possible, they are diferent protocols.
I don't know if the purple module could be used for this .. but i doubt it.

cannot do it as nothing is catching the rtp stream from sip side to gateway the audio. IM and presence should work.

Hi,
libpurple, the library under the purple module doesn't allow audio. So purple module can't be used to share audio between MSN and SIP. But If you find a non official opensource MSN client (using libpurple) which is able to share audio, then it may be added with a lot of effort.
