I installed openser with cpl module and other dependencies but I don't know how to configure it? Openser is functionally without cpl module. I am beginner in this. Could somebody help me how to?

What do you mean with "how to configure it"? I recommend you to read the entire module doc at: http://www.openser.org/docs/modules/devel/cpl-c.html and the RFC's about CPL language: http://www.faqs.org/rfcs/rfc2824.html http://www.faqs.org/rfcs/rfc3880.html
