You have to increase the memory of yourt SER instance.
copy next line:
SER "build_req_buf_from_sip_req: out of memory"
and paste it in the amazing google bar....

I would recomend using a value power of 2, I don't exactly recall the
technical reasons (paging??) but I remember reading something like
that in previous posts/papers/nowhere...
so try using 256 or 512..

#define SHM_MEM_SIZE 32
to
#define SHM_MEM_SIZE 320
