I have serweb installed. Tried send im function. "200 OK" is returned. But the receiver doesn't get any message. What might be the problem?

Watch the network traffic (ngrep, ethereal) and see where is the message sent. Also, ser debug messages can say a lot (set debug=9 and log_stderror=yes in you config file).
