Hi All, I have a very basic question. Is there any way to add new rtpproxy instance without restarting Kamailio? As per my understanding, we can reload the dispatcher table when Kamailio server is running with kamctl dispatcher reload but do we have any such for rtpproxy list also from db when rtpproxy table ?
