What do you mean with callback? A PBX feature that allows a user to receive a call from the PBX because some action (other call, click in web page...) and generate other call? Remember OpenSer is a proxy.

You need something like asterisk, yate or freeswitch to do that. You could integrate them and have asterisk return the call via openser.
