where can i find modules api for openser?

Exported functions and parameters are documented in the README file of
each module. You can browse online at:
http://openser.org/docs/modules/ (chose the desired version from there).
If you are looking for developer's API, then you have to look into the
code, there is no such document I am aware of, public available.
