I tried also with the following commonds, but still having the same issues.

[root@localhost root]# /etc/init.d/ser stop bash: /etc/init.d/ser: /bin/bash: bad interpreter: Permission denied [root@localhost root]# /etc/init.d/ser start bash: /etc/init.d/ser: /bin/bash: bad interpreter: Permission denied [root@localhost root]# killall -9 ser [root@localhost root]# /usr/local/sbin/serctl start

Starting SER : PID file exists! (/var/run/ser.pid) already running? [root@localhost root]#
